Richard C. Linquanti and
Leslie Schultz-Kin, spoke recently at a Continuing Legal Education (CLE) real estate program, Real Estate Practice in Hard Times, sponsored by The Florida Bar. They spoke on the Interstate Land Sales Full Disclosure Act. The seminar took place on February 19, 2010 in Tampa.
Based in the Carlton Fields’ St. Petersburg office, Linquanti practices primarily in law relating to land business, planning and implementation, partnerships, limited liability companies and joint ventures; condominium, mixed-use and master communities; and has a substantial background in public-private partnerships. He has lectured extensively on the Land Sales Act and published two recent articles on the subject in American Bar Association publications. Linquanti received his J.D. from Yale Law School in 1974 and his M.A. and A.B.,
magna cum laude, from the University of Notre Dame in 1971.
Schultz-Kin practices real property litigation in the firm’s Tampa office. She represents real estate developers in matters involving the Interstate Land Sales Full Disclosure Act and the Florida Condominium Act, and in all types of cases brought by residential purchasers. She also represents mortgage holders in real property disputes and foreclosure actions. Schultz-Kin has lectured on the Land Sales Act to national forums of the American Bar Association. Schultz-Kin received her J.D.,
cum laude, from Stetson University College of Law in 1999 and her B.A. from Ohio University in 1992.
