Program Length: 1-3.5 hours
Attorney/client relationships and the privileges and responsibilities they create. This program addresses issues including the definition of privilege, a delineation of its elements, and an exploration of related dilemmas. It focuses on communication, defining privileged persons, when corporations are clients, the meaning of "in confidence," primary purposes, and other tests, waivers, transmission disclosure, etc. A portion of the presentation includes interactive, real world hypotheticals on whether the various attorney/client privileged interactions were privileged or not.
