Program Length: 3.0-3.5 hours

The ways in which negotiation, settlement, and mediation can assist the practice of law and help the client finish cases early, saving defense and settlement costs. Without the three tools of negotiation, settlement, and mediation, cases and workloads tend to pile up (allowing less and less time for thoughtful focus), defense costs burgeon, attorneys interact through motion battles, and the practice of law suffers. Helpful tips and practices on utilization of these important tools will be provided. The center of focus is relationship building, communication, and negotiating for what you and your client want.
