Marsha G. Madorsky were recently invited to become Fellows of the American Bar Foundation. The Fellows of the American Bar Foundation is an honorary organization of attorneys, judges, law faculty, and legal scholars who are elected by their peers. They have demonstrated outstanding achievements and dedication to the welfare of their communities and to the highest principles of the legal profession. Established in 1955, membership in the Fellows is limited to only one third of one percent of lawyers licensed to practice in each jurisdiction. Members are nominated by current Fellows in their jurisdiction and elected by the Board of the American Bar Foundation.
Page handles “white collar” criminal, aviation, product liability, wrongful death, and general commercial matters. The “white collar” criminal representation covers both individual and corporate clients, healthcare fraud, regulatory enforcement, including SEC investigations, and internal corporate investigations. He is an instrument rated, commercial pilot and CFI, provides legal representation to pilots, mechanics, and others involved in aviation matters, including FAA enforcement actions, airport matters, civil disputes, insurance, taxes, aircraft ownership, U.S. Customs, and alcohol or drug testing related to flight activities. Page received his J.D. from the University of Tulsa College of Law in 1981 and his B.A. from the University of South Florida in 1978.
A Board Certified Tax Specialist since 1992, Madorsky practices in the areas of Estate Planning, Elder Law, Probate and Probate Litigation, Individual and Corporate Taxation, and Business Law. Her practice also includes Commercial Litigation and Collections. Madorsky received her B.A. from the University of Florida in 1972, her J.D. from 1975 from the University of Florida College of Law, and her LLM from the University of Miami College of Law in 1983.
