WEST PALM BEACH – Carlton Fields West Palm Beach attorney, Franck D. Chantayan, recently served as a panelist at a conference organized by the Angel Investment Forum of Florida (AIFFL), discussing the topic, “Turning Around an Angel Investment – What are the Options?” The conference was held Tuesday, August 17, at the Abacoa Golf Club in Jupiter, FL. The AIFFL was established in 2005 to facilitate the interaction between local entrepreneurs and angel investors and to help promote business growth in Florida.

Chantayan has significant experience in complex business bankruptcy cases, bankruptcy litigation matters, out-of-court restructurings, and other types of insolvency proceedings. He represents secured and unsecured creditors, trustees, post-petition lenders, landlords, banks and other financial institutions, and acquires of distressed assets. He also represents a variety of clients in general corporate matters, including mergers, asset acquisitions, venture capital transactions, financing transactions, and various contract matters. Chantayan received his J.D. from St. John’s University School of Law and his B.A., in Speech Communication, from University of Georgia.
