Jason J. Quintero was invited to speak at the 89th Annual Florida Association of Plumbing, Heating and Cooling Contractors (FAPHCC) Annual Convention and Trade Show. Quintero spoke on Construction Defects and Alternate Dispute Resolution. The convention took place July 15-18 in Orlando.
Quintero’s practice focuses on all aspects of construction litigation, with an emphasis on lien and bond law and construction defects disputes. He has represented the lessors and manufacturers of equipment used in the construction of large scale projects, including the construction of power plants, stadiums and civic centers, and road construction. Quintero has represented national home builders in matters pertaining to contract disputes with subcontractors; defective construction claims; mold remediation; and zoning and boundary disputes. He also has experience representing design professionals in matters pertaining to breach of contract and claims of professional negligence. Quintero has extensive trial and alternative dispute resolution experience, representing a variety of clients at trial, mediation, and arbitration proceedings.
Prior to joining Carlton Fields, Quintero practiced as an associate with Archer & Greiner in Haddonfield, New Jersey. He received his J.D.,
cum laude, from Seton Hall University School of Law in 2000 and his B.A. from the University of Florida in 1996.
