Tampa – Carlton Fields St. Petersburg Associate Jin Liu was recently elected a Co-Vice Chair of the International Investment in Real Estate Committee of the Real Property, Probate & Trust Section of the American Bar Association.

Liu practices in the firm’s Real Estate and Finance Practice Group. Her practice focuses on advising developers of large commercial and residential projects on purchase and sale of both improved and unimproved property, business planning and implementation, transaction structuring, partnerships, limited liability companies, joint ventures, and loan transactions. She received her J.D., magna cum laude, from the University of Missouri – Kansas City School of Law in 2005. She received her Bachelor of Law degree from the Southwest University of Political Science and Law in China in 2002 and her B.A. with a dual degree in English from Sichuan International Studies University in China in 2002. Liu is fluent in Chinese.
