WEST PALM BEACH – Carlton Fields’ West Palm Beach shareholder Joseph Ianno, Jr. was recently appointed to the Board of Directors of PRIDE Integrated Services, Inc., a 501c3 charity. First incorporated as a private, not-for-profit organization in 1970 as Pride Halfway House, the agency officially changed its name to Pride Integrated Services, Inc. in 1993. The organization provides a myriad of services and programs to enhance the supervision of criminal justice clients.
Ianno practices complex commercial litigation and is an experienced trial attorney. He has served as trial counsel for many Fortune 500 companies in multi-million and multi-billion dollar claims involving fraud, conspiracy, theft of trade secrets, breach of fiduciary duty and other corporate misconduct claims. His litigation experience includes extensive involvement with the defense of class action lawsuits involving securities fraud, deceptive and unfair trade practices, antitrust claims and consumer fraud issues. He represents financial institutions, developers, title companies, trade creditors, manufacturers, contractors, and a variety of public and privately owned business clients. A 1986 graduate of Stetson University College of Law, Ianno received his Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice from the University of Florida in 1984.
