Tampa – Carlton Fields attorney Kenneth A. Tinkler briefed the Pinellas County Economic Development Council on Amendment 4 and other issues at its quarterly meeting on January 21, 2010. Tinkler’s presentation was one of several on the connection between land use and transportation planning that St. Petersburg shareholder Joel B. Giles moderated.
Tinkler is a member of the Carlton Fields’ Government Law and Consulting and Real Estate and Finance Practice Groups. Board Certified in City, County and Local Government Law by The Florida Bar, his practice involves a wide variety of government law issues with a focus on land use, environmental permitting, energy, and election law. Tinkler’s experience includes representation of individuals and corporations dealing with federal, state, and local government agencies, as well as representation of county government and constitutional officers. He received his B.A., cum laude, from Boston University in 1994 and his J.D. from the University of Florida College of Law in 1997.
