Tampa, Fla. – The Leadership Council for Legal Diversity (LCLD) blog, “Open Minded,” published an article, “Focus like a laser beam,” which featured Carlton Fields’ President and CEO, Gary L. Sasso and his insights about diversifying the firm. The article was the first in a series of “Ideas that Work” from LCLD members. 

Sasso shared that the firm “succeeds by focusing like a laser beam.”
