Nicole C. Kibert Speaks on Sustainability in Leasing at HCBA Luncheon

TAMPA – Carlton Fields’ Tampa associate Nicole C. Kibert was invited to speak at the Hillsborough County Bar Association (HCBA) Real Property Probate and Trust Section Luncheon on Thursday, February 10. Kibert served as a panelist on the topic, A Practitioner’s Guide to Sustainability in Leasing and Law Firm Management. Also on the panel: Lacey H. C. Willard, RPA, General Manager at CB Richard Ellis, Asset Services, Florida and Lisa Gregory Gilleland, LEED(r) AP and attorney with Holland and Knight.

Kibert is a certified mediator and a U.S. Green Building Council LEED Accredited Professional. She represents developers statewide in the creation of planned communities, condominiums and subdivisions with a special emphasis on projects involving sustainable development, renewable energy generation, and downtown and brownfields redevelopment. Kibert leads Carlton Fields’ green initiative, CF Goes Green, and incorporates her extensive experience in environmental protection initiatives into her law practice. She received her B.S. from George Washington University in 1997, her M.S. from the University of Florida in 2000, and J.D., with high honors, from the University of Florida in 2003.
