Tampa, FL – Carlton Fields’ Tampa attorney, Nicole Kibert, will present on the topic of “Integrating Green Infrastructure into Development: Covenants & Affordable Housing” on May 6, 2011 at The Florida Bar Continuing Education “Greening Law” Seminar. The seminar will address legal issues arising out of “green” and sustainable development, leasing, construction and disputes. Speakers will present on “green” and “sustainable” requirements and options including Leadership in Energy Efficiency and Design, and they will offer practical tips on best practices for managing the information and documenting of green components of a project or sustainable site.
Kibert is a member of Carlton Fields’ Real Estate and Finance practice group, and the firm’s Community, Condominium and Resort Development group.
