TAMPA – Carlton Fields Tampa associate Scott P. Pence presented to the Tampa Division of the Construction Management Association of America entitled “Risky Business, What You Need to Know About the Standard AIA CM ‘Not-at-Risk’ Contracts if You are an Owner or a Construction Manager” which took place on Friday, February 25 in Tampa.

Pence’s practice includes representation of owners, developers and contractors in reviewing, negotiating, and drafting construction and design contracts for both public and private projects. He received his J.D. from the College of William and Mary School of Law in 2005 and his B.A. in Mathematics from George Mason University in 1993.
