Tampa, Fla. – Carlton Fields is pleased to announce that Andrew W. Lennox and Thomas “T.J.” Ferrante, Jr. joined the firm’s Tampa office as shareholder and associate, respectively. Lennox is a member of the firm’s Bankruptcy and Creditors’ Rights practice group and Ferrante is a member of the firm’s Healthcare practice group.

Lennox’s practice focus is in the areas of business bankruptcy, creditors’ rights litigation and general commercial litigation. He represents financial institutions, private lenders, private and public companies and other creditors, in addition to debtors, trustees, official committees and other commercial litigants in bankruptcy, state and federal courts throughout Florida. He joins the firm from Hill Ward Henderson.

Lennox is a member of The Florida Bar, Business Law Section, the Hillsborough County Bar Association, the Tampa Bay Bankruptcy Bar Association, the American Bar Association and the Ferguson White Inn of Court. He received his J.D. from Villanova University College of Law and his B.A. from DeSales University.

Ferrante was a summer associate at Carlton Fields’ Tampa office during the summers of 2009 and 2010. His practice focus is in healthcare joint ventures and fraud and abuse issues like Stark and anti-kickback laws. He received his J.D. from Boston University School of Law, his LL.M. in taxation from Boston University, his MBA from the University of Tampa and his B.A. from the College of the Holy Cross.
