Practice Experience
  • Alina Alonso is a member of the Firm’s Appellate Practice and Trial Support Practice Group.
  • Ms. Alonso handles all aspects of appellate litigation in state and federal court, including brief writing and oral argument.
  • She provides litigation support, including drafting and arguing case dispositive motions, pre-trial motions, and post-trial motions. Ms. Alonso also provides legal assistance at trial, including handling motions for directed verdicts, complex evidentiary issues, and charge conferences. Additionally, she has significant experience in coordinating mass tort settlements.
  • Ms. Alonso’s substantive areas of concentration include, products liability, personal injury defense, and complex commercial litigation.
