Adrian Felix practices in the areas of complex commercial litigation and trade regulation. His experience includes litigation of a wide variety of disputes involving claims of breach of contract, fraud and misrepresentation, defamation, civil theft, misappropriation of trade secrets and intellectual property, deceptive and unfair trade practices, and negligence.
Mr. Felix has also handled an array of matters involving construction defects, real estate disputes, franchise disputes, restrictive covenants, shareholder agreements, distribution agreements, the domestic/international sale of goods, credit disputes, identity theft claims, and commercial foreclosures.
In addition to his practice, Mr. Felix is actively involved in the American Bar Association Young Lawyers Division (YLD) and currently serves as Chair of the YLD Litigation Committee.
