Firmwide Director of Facilities

The Firmwide Director of Facilities will be responsible for office services throughout the firm, including oversight of operational service standards, from mailroom services to conference room amenities, ensuring consistency in service and presentation from office to office. Alan will also oversee certain procurement activities as well as outside storage contracts. Alan will work closely with the COO, Office Directors of Administration, and with our Firmwide Directors.

Since 2004, Alan has held the position of Office Services Supervisor in Tampa. Prior to joining Carlton Fields in 2003, he was the Director of Office Services for Carnival Cruise Lines, and worked with the Home Shopping Network in Customer Service.
