• Allison Kahn is a member of the firm’s Labor & Employment and Appellate Practice & Trial Support Practice Groups.
• Ms. Kahn has substantial employment law experience. She has litigated cases arising under Title VII, the Florida Civil Rights Act, the Fair Labor Standards Act, the Family Medical Leave Act and the Whistleblower Protection Act.
• She has argued numerous dispositive motions. Ms. Kahn has also appeared for oral argument before three judge panels at the Second and Third District Courts of Appeal in Florida.
