Anthony Pelle has been litigating for over thirty years as a member of The Florida Bar and is admitted to all state and federal courts throughout Florida. Mr. Pelle's experience is mostly representing insurers in the areas of insurance coverage and bad faith litigation, life, health, disability, including ERISA claims, property & casualty, and liability insurance. In addition, he has litigated class actions, complex commercial litigation, and personal injury.
Mr. Pelle is AV rated by Martindale-Hubbell. He is a former Chair of the ABA TIPS Health and Disability Committee and is currently Chair of the Defense Research Institute Insurance Regulatory Committee. He is also formerly a member of the Board of Governors of the Association of Life Insurance Counsel. He has published and spoken on the subjects of life insurance, SEC regulation of variable insurance products, and misrepresentation in insurance applications.
