Practice Experience
- Cristina Alonso is a member of the firm’s Appellate Practice and Trial Support Practice Group and serves as the group’s Continuing Legal Education Training Director. She is also a member of the Products and Toxic Tort Liability Practice Group and the Health Care Practice Group.
- Ms. Alonso handles all aspects of appellate litigation in state and federal court, including brief writing and oral argument. She also provides litigation support, including drafting and arguing complex pre-trial motions, case dispositive motions, jury instructions and post-trial motions.
- She also provides legal assistance at trial. Her areas of concentration are products liability, complex commercial litigation and personal injury defense.
- Cristina Alonso was listed as an “Up-and-Comer” in Florida Trend’s 2008 and 2007 Florida Legal Elite, as well as in the South Florida Business Journal 2008 and 2009.
