Our associate compensation and benefits are competitive with other large firms in the Southeast. Entry level associates, judicial clerks, and associates with an LL.M. degree also receive a sign-on bonus to cover bar examination and relocation expenses.
Second year associates receive a lockstep increase based on satisfactory performance. In the third year of practice and beyond, associates receive merit raises based on individual performance. Associates are eligible for the bonus program that consists of objective and subjective components.
