Carlton Fields welcomes inquiries from experienced attorneys, both at the shareholder and associate level, who are interested in employment opportunities with the Firm.
We look for attorneys who are compatible with our culture and core values. In addition, we look for attorneys who have demonstrated the ability or qualities that indicate they will be effective in developing business for the Firm in the future. We consider attorneys laterally who are committed to serving their clients and their own profession; show determination, initiative, common sense, integrity, excellent judgment, and knowledge of the law and the ethical codes under which we practice. Shareholders and experienced associates are considered for particular practice areas and receive appropriate credit for prior experience.
