Chris Coutroulis practices in the area of business and complex litigation covering a wide range of areas, including antitrust, class actions, mass torts, environmental litigation, professional and accounting malpractice, securities fraud, and insurance coverage. He handles a wide variety of complex business litigation covering many different industries.
Mr. Coutroulis is particularly experienced in handling class actions and successfully defending against class certification. He has acted as lead trial counsel in numerous class actions including trials on the issue of class certification. He also has significant experience in antitrust cases, and has handled a large number of these through trial and binding arbitration, spanning many industries including credit cards, professional sports leagues, insurance, automotive, and energy. Mr. Coutroulis is board certified in Antitrust and Trade Regulation Law by The Florida Bar.
