David W. Bailey
Director of Information Systems Carlton Fields’ Information Systems and Library Services Department is committed to cutting edge technological leadership. The department oversees the firm’s technological resources and they use this technology to maximize efficiency, improve quality, reduce costs, and enhance the firm’s service for our clients.
The department includes network engineers certified in Cisco networking and Microsoft server, development and application suites, applications support staff, database engineers, hardware technicians and help desk personnel. They also provide practice technology support and training. The department has an internal litigation support that provides document scanning and coding, databases, and extranet services to our clients and attorneys. We employ trainers who conduct extensive technology orientations for new attorneys and staff, plus continuing education on our various tools and software packages through our innovative web-based CF University.
