Dan Brown's experience includes insurance litigation, insurance regulation, class action defense, regulatory and administrative law, commercial litigation, state and local tax, and constitutional litigation. He has extensive experience representing and counseling life, health, and property and casualty insurers, health maintenance organizations, insurance producers, insurance administrators, and other regulated entities.
Mr. Brown also represents regulated entities in regard to regulatory matters before the Florida Office of Insurance Regulation, the Florida Department of Financial Services, the Florida Agency for Health Care Administration, the Florida Department of Revenue, and related agencies. He litigates class action and claims cases in state and federal courts.
