Practice Experience
- David Drobner practices in the fields of commercial leasing and real estate, representing the interests of both landlords and tenants.
- Mr. Drobner’s recent practice includes numerous retail and office lease negotiations, many arising out of his capacity as principal leasing counsel representing the ownership of nearly thirty medium to regional sized retail shopping centers. He has also served as principal leasing counsel for a Miami office park, a Miami warehouse park, and a Miami office building.
- Mr. Drobner has negotiated leases with national credit, regional and local tenants, for spaces ranging in size from anchor boxes to small bays in retail centers, and for an entire office building to individual office space leases.
- Mr. Drobner’s practice also includes negotiating for tenants in both retail and office space leases, as well as ground leases for office and retail uses, including those requiring development and construction of the building.
- Mr. Drobner also has considerable experience in commercial and residential real estate-collateralized loans and title insurance work, as well as experience in commercial real estate-related litigation and collections work, including foreclosures, mechanic’s liens, and title clearing actions.
