Doug McDonald handles all aspects of intellectual property law. He focuses his practice on litigation of patent, trademark, and copyright matters. Mr. McDonald is active in licensing and prosecution of patents, trademarks, and copyrights. He has led litigation in more than 300 cases in numerous jurisdictions and is a Certified Federal Court Mediator and Arbitrator. He has also served as Special Master for the United States District Court for the Southern District of Florida.
Mr. McDonald is board certified in Intellectual Property Law by The Florida Bar. He is AV rated by Martindale-Hubbell and has long been listed in The Best Lawyers in America and in Florida Super Lawyers. Mr. McDonald is an Adjunct Professor of Law at Stetson University College of Law.
