Ellen Lyons has more than 20 years of experience in litigating business disputes in arbitrations and trials. Her practice includes representation of accountants, banks, real estate developers, and financial professionals in professional liability and business matters.

Ms. Lyons' arbitrations and trials have related to allegations of financial fraud, negligent misrepresentation, theft of trade secrets, breach of contract, breach of fiduciary duty, rescission, and tortious interference. Specifically, Ms. Lyons handles accountant liability claims (including alleged malpractice), and lender liability claims (including truth in lending, alleged predatory lending, collection practices, and other types of claims relating to the lending process) and represents developers and contractors in connection with real estate litigation.
