The Marketing and Client Development Department supports Carlton Fields’ attorneys as they enhance, expand, and retain client relationships. The department is responsible for initiating and supporting the marketing efforts of the firm, including - client relations,
- public relations,
- communications,
- business development,
- advertising,
- research, and
- training.
The Marketing and Client Development staff includes marketing and business development professionals, media and public relations professionals, graphic designers, writers, and CRM specialists who provide sophisticated consultation and support to achieve the firm’s marketing and business development goals.
Elizabeth Bergen Zabak has served as the firm’s Director of Marketing and Client Development since 2001. She headed the firm’s Attorney Recruitment and Training Department from 1984 to 2005.
