Chief Marketing Officer
The Marketing and Client Development Department supports Carlton Fields’ attorneys as they enhance, expand, and retain client relationships. The department is responsible for initiating and supporting the marketing efforts of the firm, including:
- client relations,
- client teams,
- business development,
- public relations,
- communications,
- Web site,
- marketing technologies
- branding,
- advertising,
- alumni program,
- research, and
- coaching and training.
The Marketing and Client Development staff includes marketing and business development professionals, media and public relations professionals, graphic designers, writers, and ERM specialists who provide sophisticated consultation and support to achieve the firm’s marketing and business development goals.
Elizabeth Bergen Zabak is the firm's Chief Marketing Officer. She served as the Director of Marketing and Client Development from 2001 to 2008. She headed Carlton Fields' Attorney Recruitment and Training Department from 1984 to 2005.
