Mr. Chantayan focuses a significant portion of his practice representing purchasers of assets and distressed businesses under Section 363 of the Bankruptcy Code and in post-petition financing transactions. He also represents a variety of clients in general corporate matters, including mergers, asset acquisitions, venture capital transactions, financing transactions, and various contract matters.
