Practice Experience

• Gary Johnson is a member of the firm’s Real Estate & Finance and Government Law & Consulting Practice Groups.
• His practice focuses on real estate transactions with an emphasis on commercial leasing, development issues, condominium and timeshare development, and acquisition and disposition of all types of commercial and multi-family properties.
• He has handled many complex financing transactions from both the lender’s and the borrower’s side and has particular expertise in structuring complex commercial transactions.
• He also devotes a substantial portion of his practice to loan restructurings, and advises commercial lenders in workout strategies with defaulted loans.
