Gary Johnson's practice focuses on real estate transactions with an emphasis on commercial leasing, development issues, condominium and timeshare development, and acquisition and disposition of all types of all types of commercial and multi-family properties. Mr. Johnson has handled many complex financing transactions from both the lender’s and the borrower’s side and has particular experience in structuring complex commercial transactions. He also devotes a substantial portion of his practice to loan restructurings, and advises commercial lenders in workout strategies with defaulted loans.
