- Defense of numerous whistle-blower claims against airline, resulting in dismissal of the claims.
- Defense of numerous collective wage and hour actions under the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) against national restaurant chain, resulting in dismissals or favorable settlements.
- Defense of numerous actions involving wage, discrimination, and harassment claims against local and national companies.
- Counsel government agency on all matters related to employment.
General Litigation:
- Defense of elections challenge case against city commissioners in state court, resulting in a denial of the claim.
