Jason Brant has extensive experience representing landlords in commercial leasing transactions involving office buildings, shopping centers, and industrial properties.
Mr. Brant also represents lenders in the modification and sale of distressed loans, and he represents purchasers and sellers in commercial real estate and luxury residential real estate transactions.
Mr. Brant has represented developers in the creation of various condominiums, subdivisions, and master planned communities. He has also been involved in condominium workouts, representing lenders and successor developers in transactional, regulatory, and community association matters.
