John Camp has over 20 years of experience in civil litigation in state and federal court. His practice focuses primarily on product liability matters, particularly the defense of pharmaceutical and medical device manufacturers. Mr. Camp also represents clients in commercial litigation matters, including first-party property insurance coverage disputes; general business disputes; business torts; and intellectual property matters. 

Mr. Camp represents manufacturers in individual and mass tort product liability matters involving a wide array of products, including prescription drugs, medical devices, agricultural chemicals and railway and automotive products. He serves as national and case-specific coordinating counsel in mass personal injury and wrongful death matters, and he regularly works with lawyers around the country in the defense of product liability claims. He represents clients in a number of different industries, including

Mr. Camp is a member of the Defense Research Institute and the American Bar Association and is Co-Chair of the Pharmaceutical Subcommittee of the ABA Section of Litigation Products Liability Committee. He also serves on the boards of trustees of the Lawyers' Committee for Civil Rights under Law and Miami Country Day School and on the steering committee of the Community Learning Partnership in Miami, Florida.
