  • Jin Liu is a member of the Firm's Real Estate & Finance and Corporate, Securities & Tax Practice Groups.
  • Ms. Liu has experience advising resort developers and other developers of large commercial and residential projects on purchase and sale of both improved and unimproved property, business planning and implementation, transaction structuring, partnerships, limited liability companies, joint ventures, and a variety of loan transactions.
  • Ms. Liu has represented both domestic and international, in particular, Chinese, clients in mergers and acquisitions and private placement transactions and also has experience advising both for-profit and non-for-profit organizations on corporate governance issues.
