Joshua Moore handles all aspects of both trial and appellate litigation. As an appellate attorney, Mr. Moore is responsible for all aspects of an appeal, from brief writing to trial support consisting of drafting and arguing dispositive motions, pre-trial motions, and post-trial motions.
Mr. Moore also handles all aspects of trial litigation, from the initial pleading stages through the conclusion of trial, and has jury trial experience in both state and federal courts. His primary focus has been litigation in the areas of products liability, personal injury defense, complex commercial litigation, and insurance litigation.
Mr. Moore has significant experience representing product manufacturers in defect and general tort claims.
