Jason Perkins is a commercial litigator and construction litigator with particular experience in business litigation and construction defect litigation. He has extensive experience representing clients in construction disputes, including, defective products, mold, and water intrusion. His engagements have involved single family homes, condominiums, convention centers, highways, hotels, and sports arenas.
Mr. Perkins also has significant experience in products liability law, creditor/debtor law, and complex litigation including, class action litigation and multi-district litigation. He represents general contractors, subcontractors, suppliers, product manufacturers, homebuilders, landlords, tenants, banks, and other financial institutions.
Mr. Perkins was selected by Florida Super Lawyers as a Florida Rising Star in 2011. Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Perkins served as law clerk to the Honorable Anne C. Conway of the United States District Court for the Middle District of Orlando, Florida.
