A former in-house attorney in both the consumer products and technology industries, Ms. Riola works directly with each of her clients to understand their business and assist them in developing appropriate intellectual property strategies that align with their present and future business plans, including development, protection, enforcement, and monetization of domestic and international intellectual property portfolios.
An experienced intellectual property litigation mediator, Ms. Riola sits on the panel of certified mediators for the United States District Court for the Middle District of Florida and is a long-standing member of the International Trademark Association (INTA) Panel of Neutrals.
Ms. Riola is board certified in Intellectual Property Law by The Florida Bar.
