Katherine Heckert is a Florida attorney specializing in the areas of construction, insurance, and commercial litigation. She has a broad range of litigation experience, including the areas of construction litigation, bad-faith insurance, class-actions, appellate, and residential and commercial foreclosures. She also has experience with a variety of administrative agencies. Ms. Heckert has litigated cases involving international corporations and individuals.
