Marti Chumbler is a member of the Firm’s Government Law & Consulting, Business Litigation & Trade Regulation, and Corporate, Securities & Tax Practice Groups.
Ms. Chumbler practices primarily in the area of state administrative law. She has substantial experience in the area of public procurement.
Her experience incorporates significant involvement with state and local tax, land use, and environmental matters, including agency negotiations and formal proceedings before agencies, the Division of Administrative Hearings, and the Governor and Cabinet.
Ms. Chumbler also has substantial experience representing clients in challenges to both adopted and proposed rules of state agencies.
She is Board Certified in State & Federal Government and Administrative Practice by The Florida Bar.
