Matt Conigliaro concentrates his practice on appellate and complex commercial litigation. His work principally involves products liability, securities, commercial and tort litigation, health care and products litigation, coverage, intellectual property, constitutional issues, dissolution matters, and pro bono criminal defense representation.

Mr. Conigliaro originally joined Carlton Fields in 1997. He left in October 2001 to serve as Deputy Director Solicitor General in Florida, where he participated in litigating the State of Florida's most significant appeals, and returned to Carlton Fields in December 2002.

Mr. Conigliaro's weblog at www.abstractappeal.com is the first weblog devoted to Florida Law and the Eleventh Circuit Court of Appeals. He is board certified in Appellate Practice by the Florida Bar.
