Marsha G. Madorsky has more than 25 years experience handling various estate and trust matters. Her areas of practice include estate and trust administration and litigation; estate planning for high net worth individuals; succession planning for closely-held businesses and family offices; guardianship; and federal estate, gift, and transfer taxation. Ms. Madorsky handles all aspects of estate and trust matters including probate and trust administration, representing fiduciaries or beneficiaries before the probate or circuit courts of Florida, with an emphasis on litigation involving probate matters, estates, trusts, guardianships, and fiduciaries.
Ms. Madorsky has represented institutions and individuals in a variety of contexts, including banks, corporate fiduciaries, personal representatives (executors), trustees, beneficiaries of estates and trusts, incapacitated persons, their families or guardians, surviving spouses, and intestate heirs. She has handled cases involving will contests, undue influence, diminished capacity, contested guardianships, breach of fiduciary duty and accountings for estates and trusts.
Ms. Madorsky has, over her career, lectured on various estate and trust topics for The Florida Bar continuing education seminars and for local civic and business organizations. In 2011, she co-authored a revision to the introduction chapter of the seventh edition of "Florida Guardianship Practice."
