Mike Virgadamo practices in the areas of commercial finance and general commercial real estate law, concentrating on leasing and other real property transactions. His areas of practice include financing, leasing, sales, and purchasing of commercial property.
Mr. Virgadamo's has recently extensively practiced in the loan work-out area, identifying issues and suggesting solutions to problem loan transactions. As part of this practice, he has also represented sellers and purchasers of distressed real estate and loan portfolios. Mr. Virgadamo also has extensive experience in representing both lenders and borrowers in a wide range of financing transactions including commercial mortgage loans, asset based loans and project financings.
Mr. Virgadamo has an extensive legal opinion practice, frequently acting as Florida counsel and providing legal opinions in Florida financing and real estate transactions.
