Overview

Natalie Carlos’ practice incorporates all aspects of complex business litigation and appeals, including commercial fraud, contract, employment, wrongful competition, media, and First Amendment rights. Her extensive experience includes representing clients at numerous trial and arbitrations in state and federal courts, as well as oral arguments in the appellate courts. She is credited in numerous published appellate and federal district court opinions.

Natalie has been selected for recognition in publications for her excellence in complex business litigation, including in the South Florida Legal Guide and Florida Super Lawyers. In addition to being a member of the Appellate Practice Section of The Florida Bar, Natalie was a member of the Appellate Court Rules Committee and was on its executive board.

Before beginning her law career, Natalie was an associate editor and professional writer for a trade magazine specializing in business and leisure travel. In law school, Natalie used her writing skills as a member and executive editor of the University of Miami Law Review. She completed her last semester of law school as a certified legal intern in the Appellate Division of the U.S. Attorney's Office for the Eleventh Circuit, at which time current U.S. District Judge Adalberto Jordan was the acting chief.
