Law360 Names Carlton Fields a Top Law Firm For Associates and Female and Minority Equity Partners

Law360 released its annual Glass Ceiling Report, which surveyed more than 300 law firms on gender diversity. This year’s Ceiling Smashers list ranked Carlton Fields 4th in its tier of 300 to 599 attorneys for its percentage of female equity partners.

And its Diversity Snapshot ranked the firm 2nd in its tier of 300 to 599 attorneys for its percentage of minority equity partners.

Law360 also cited a new report, “Law Firms With the Best Associates” from BTI Consulting Group that listed Carlton Fields among top law firms with standout associates.  According to BTI, the firms selected give ample opportunities to associates to interact with clients.
