Specifically, the Commercial Mortgage Alert featured the firm’s growth in the real estate industry by adding an agency lending & FHA/HUD insured financing practice. The lawyers — Gina A. Hough, Samantha T. Schneck, Marsha M. Baumgarner, Duy Duc “Dewey” Nguyen, and Vincent "Vinny" D. Weinert-Baumann — have deep experience in representing public and private mortgage lenders on all Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, and HUD/FHA financing products.
