Thomas Findley was quoted in an article published in WFSU titled, “Court Shoots Down Appeal From NRA Lobbyist Marion Hammer.” The piece discusses the three-judge panel that ruled against longtime NRA Lobbyist Marion Hammer in a claim that emails she received containing photographs of victims were threatening and caused emotional distress.
