Carlton Fields Recognized for LGBTQ Inclusivity Ranking

Carlton Fields was featured in a Tampa Bay Business Journal article about its LGBTQ inclusivity, as recently recognized in its ranking on the Human Rights Campaign Foundation’s Corporate Equality Index.

As the article acknowledges, Carlton Fields is one of only four businesses in Tampa Bay to attain a perfect score on the index, achieving this accolade for the 12th consecutive year.

“Our firm founders recognized that a climate of diversity promotes more thoughtful communication, more purposeful collaboration, more varied perspectives, and more creative solutions,” said Chief Diversity Officer Nancy Faggianelli. “We are honored to receive this recognition once again.”
