Carlton Fields was featured in Corporate Counsel, in an article titled “Companies Deluged by Class Actions as 'Employee Activism Surges.'” The article highlights results of the firm’s 2024 Class Action Survey, which discusses the spike of labor and employment class actions over the last year, and what it could mean for corporate counsel in 2024.

Matt Allen was interviewed for the piece and stated, “Because labor and employment already is the largest share of class actions being filed, it stands to reason that as filings grow generally, labor and employment filings will grow in proportion.”
